Something a bit different to my normal pattern repeats but yes it’s another block print!

Spring not only brings lighter days, but a wash of much needed colour. We long for a ‘pop’ of cheery colour on the drab, grey days don’t we?! Those early spring moments of joy when we spot teeny-tiny yellow flower buds underfoot when wandering the woods + as the days go by we are blessed again with brilliant warm sunshine + suddenly the many buds become bigger + burst wide open to reveal millions of star-shaped flowers; a carpet of bright sunshine yellow. Bring on the trumpets! Wow-wee!

I absolutely love the Celandine flowers for bringing big smiles + they also remind us that more gorgeous flowers + colours are on the way.

So folks, that is where my inspiration come from this early springtime, my morning walks with Dobs + watching all those amazing little star-shaped flowers gradually come alive.
